About Terry Tedesco, Inc
Terry Tedesco, Inc is a locally owned and operated modular home builder serving families across the Greater New Orleans area — including New Orleans, Chalmette and St. Bernard Parish. We build homes the way we'd want ours built: solidly, honestly, and with people you can actually talk to.
Our Approach
Instead of relying on far-away contractors and long, unpredictable build schedules, we bring you the speed and quality of factory-built construction paired with a local team that manages every step — from the model homes and floor plan selection to delivery, site assembly and finishing.
- One team, one point of contact from start to finish.
- Real, walkable model homes at 4141 Paris Road in Chalmette.
- Local knowledge of building codes, lots and coastal conditions.
- Straightforward pricing across plans, packages and upgrades.
